Therapy Retreats, Workshops, Presentations, Seminars

Our therapy retreats, workshops, and seminars, we offer a variety of therapeutic modalities to help you connect with your inner self and achieve personal growth. Our programs incorporate Art Therapy, mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, and Nature-Based therapy to create a holistic and transformative experience.

Nature-Based therapy is a powerful tool for healing and growth, and our programs integrate the healing power of nature with evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help you tap into your natural resilience and vitality. Our programs include guided nature walks, outdoor meditation, and other activities designed to help you connect with nature and find peace and clarity.

Our Art therapy sessions provide a safe and creative space for self-expression, allowing you to explore your emotions and experiences in a non-judgmental environment. Through a variety of art modalities, including painting, drawing, and sculpture, you can gain insight into your thoughts and feelings and work through any unresolved issues.

Our mindfulness sessions focus on developing present-moment awareness and cultivating a non-judgmental attitude towards yourself and others. By learning to be fully present and accepting of your experiences, you can reduce stress and anxiety, improve emotional regulation, and increase overall well-being.

Our interpersonal effectiveness sessions teach you the skills needed to communicate effectively with others and maintain healthy relationships.

By learning how to set boundaries, express your needs, and listen actively, you can build stronger connections and create more fulfilling relationships.

At our therapy retreats, workshops, and seminars, we offer a supportive and nurturing environment where you can explore your inner world and develop the skills needed to live a more fulfilling and authentic life.

Insurance

We are in-network with BCBS, Aetna and UCARE insurance. We do not accept Medicaid or MA at this time.

To ensure a smooth payment process and make the most of your insurance coverage, we encourage clients to verify if we are in-network with their specific plan. Checking your benefits will help you understand the extent of insurance coverage for the services you receive.

Out Of Network Providers

We are “out of network” provider for all other behavioral health plans. Always call your insurance provider to determine coverage for out-of-network providers.

Insurance

Clients who choose to use their insurance for therapy may submit receipts to their insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. We provide a Superbill containing all necessary information for reimbursement. Clients are responsible for paying the full fee at each session.

We do not provide insurance coverage for fees such as missed appointments or late cancellations, costs of assessment instruments, reports or other correspondence, time spent outside the office, telephone or email consultations. Clients should check their benefits to determine their insurance coverage.

Payment

Cash, check, HSA, FSA and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy

We have something called a “No-Cancellation Policy”. This means your designated hour is your financial responsibility; therefore, you agree to pay for your appointment, for the duration of our therapeutic arrangement, regardless of whether you choose to come.

You can “make up” for canceled appointments within the week before, during, or after the date of your absence, if our schedules align. I will make every effort to find a time for you, however I cannot guarantee that there will always be a time available that works with your schedule.

Overall, a no-cancellation policy promotes a sense of commitment and accountability that can help clients achieve their therapy goals while allowing therapists to provide consistent and effective care.
