Somatic Breathwork

Welcome to Somatic Breathwork! We're so glad you're here and taking the first step towards improving your overall well-being. Our goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your inner self and work towards healing and growth.

  • Improve mental and emotional well-being
  • Increase self-awareness and self-acceptance
  • Release emotional and physical tension stored in the body
  • Develop coping skills to manage stress, anxiety, and trauma symptoms

In our Somatic Breathwork sessions, we'll work together to focus on your breathing patterns, body sensations, and emotions.

Through guided exercises and techniques, you'll learn how to connect with your body and release any physical or emotional tension that's been stored there.

Our approach is gentle and compassionate, and we'll always work at your pace to ensure that you feel comfortable and safe. Our goal is to create a space where you feel supported and empowered to explore your emotions and find your own path towards healing and growth.

We're here to help you on your journey towards greater well-being and fulfillment. Somatic Breathwork session are offered  90 or 120 minute individual or group sessions.
