The Art of Healing is a women-owned, trauma-informed, integrative therapy practice founded by Erin McKeen, LMFT, ATR. We specialize in culturally sensitive art therapy, play therapy, relational and trauma-informed care, and neurodivergent-affirming support for children, adolescents, adults, and families.Our practice prioritizes depth of care, authenticity, creativity, and sustainable caseloads. We are intentionally non-corporate and collaborative, offering a supportive environment where clinicians can build an ideal practice that reflects their clinical passions and values.

Position Overview

We are seeking licensed clinicians who value autonomy, meaningful clinical work, and a supportive environment. This role is ideal for therapists who want flexibility in how they practice while still receiving consultation, referrals, and community support.Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Minnesota (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, or equivalent)

• Interest in or experience with culturally sensitive, holistic, trauma-informed care

• Alignment with neurodivergent-affirming and strengths-based approachesHighly Valued (but not required):

• Art Therapy (ATR or expressive arts background)

• Play Therapy experience

• EMDR training or certification

• Somatic, Polyvagal, IFS, or integrative modalities
