The Art of Healing is a women-owned, trauma-informed, integrative therapy practice founded by Erin McKeen, LMFT, ATR. We specialize in culturally sensitive art therapy, play therapy, relational and trauma-informed care, and neurodivergent-affirming support for children, adolescents, adults, and families.Our practice prioritizes depth of care, authenticity, creativity, and sustainable caseloads. Position Overview
We are seeking licensed clinicians who value autonomy, meaningful clinical work, and a supportive environment. This role is ideal for therapists who want flexibility in how they practice while still receiving consultation, referrals, and community support.Qualifications
• Fully licensed in Minnesota (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, or equivalent)
• Interest in or experience with culturally sensitive, holistic, trauma-informed care
• Alignment with neurodivergent-affirming and strengths-based approachesHighly Valued (but not required):
• Art Therapy (ATR or expressive arts background)
• Play Therapy experience
• EMDR training or certification
• Somatic, Polyvagal, IFS, or integrative modalities
